Senior Sales Executive - Property

- Salary & Benefits: - Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission.
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus an additional day off for your birthday.
- Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week across the hours of 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday).
About the Role:
They are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a target-driven, client-facing role where you ll play a key part in increasing their revenue pipeline and driving their investments business.
As a key brand representative, you ll need to be an excellent communicator, a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales activity and meet KPIs.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients.
- Manage a pipeline of client sales leads, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Represent the company with a deep understanding of their investment services and property offerings.

- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills.
