Senior Marketing Project Coordinator

Looking for an part-time role but still working with wonderful brands and campaigns? The agency I’m working with is an ambitious and strategic brand agency who are looking for a resourceful, problem-solving Senior Project Coordinator to assist in managing large-scale client projects across a variety of sectors. They would love someone with strong agency experience (integrated or creative) that's interested in joining their agency on a part time basis to focus on project delivery. This could be 4 days per week or reduced hours spread over 5 days. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in beautiful Leamington Spa and offering a salary of up to £33k FTE (pro rata to reduced hours), a flexible work environment and a brilliant company share option.

The Role

As Senior Project Coordinator, you will be the lynchpin role between the studio and client services working to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will bring brilliant organisation skills to the role to ensure that you are working to timescales and budgets and you will have the ability to juggle multiple complex projects at any one time. Therefore, this role would suit someone who is a problem solver and detail orientated with natural project management skills.

About You

• Strong agency experience in an integrated or creative agency
• Excellent project management and organisation skills
• Ideally have some experience of co-ordinating resources to deliver projects on time
• Committed to first-class service
• Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
• Eye for detail
• Confident personality and people person
