We are recruiting an experienced Senior ER Advisor for an engineering business in West Yorkshire for a 12-month FTC. Reporting into the HR Advisory Services Manager, the Senior ER Advisor will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation, leading on complex ER cases. You will coach the HR Advisory Team to support in all aspects of casework and absence management, as well as act as the lead to support managers to proactively manage performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong background managing a range of complex ER casework in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a step up into a Senior ER Advisor position.

This is a 12-month FTC, hybrid role offering up to £47,000 per annum.
