My client, based in Thurmaston, are seeking a HR Advisor to join their growing business on a permanent basis.

HR Advisor - The Role: - Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
- Assist with career opportunities across the business, recruitment, and arranging pre-screening/assessments/interviews.
- Liaise with hiring managers to organise inductions, produce induction packs, and ensure all necessary documentation is received.
- Check right to work and other documentation applicable to the specific role
- Update and maintain accurate employee and leaver records.
- Update and maintain accurate attendance and probation records.
- Produce HR letters and undertake general administrative tasks such as scanning, running reports and uploading documents onto the HR database.
- Support managers in disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Adhere to GDPR regulations.
HR Advisor - The Candidate - We are looking for a candidate with previous HR experience who has good knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
- You will be a strong communicator, able to multitask effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
