Salary: £12.50 per hour (On-call £15, Call-out £17)
Pertemps is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our Kings Cliffe client. If you have a passion for maintenance this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain all areas of the park, including accommodation, reception, and laundry.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring high standards and safety.
- Conduct general park maintenance and repairs, including landscaping and building work.
- Manage waste collection and ensure the park remains tidy.
- Collaborate with external contractors to support smooth operations.
- Perform hot tub maintenance and water testing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.
Essential Qualifications:- Experience in maintenance and a strong understanding of landscaping.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.
Working Hours:- 5 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays (8 am - 5 pm).
- On-call rota: 1 in 5 weekends.
