ASC Quality Assurance Lead

My client in London is looking to appoint a talented ASC Home Care Quality Assurance Lead on a Contract basis.

This role works across the council's suppliers to implement sustained organisational change, helping to improve the overall service of the supplier.

About the role:

Based in London (Hybrid):

• Manage and maintain a positive relationship with the supplier to sustain organisational change, delivering improvements in service, including any outstanding safeguarding issues.
• Support other providers to deliver quality assurance and improvements in care home / home care services.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience delivering quality assurance for care homes / home care (adult).
• Exceptional and empathetic stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Local Authority experience.

What's on offer:

• Salary: 450 per day, inside IR35

negotiable based on experience
