A Mayfair based clinic that prides itself on providing a discrete service to high net worth and A-list clients is seeking a highly motivated and driven Aesthetic Therapist who wishes to enhance their reputation and kudos in the aesthetics industry.
The Aesthetic Therapist will utilise the latest technology to combine advanced non-surgical treatments for the face and body, delivering natural, long-lasting results.
This role demands meticulous attention to detail, high energy output, and a proactive approach to client service and care.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, assess patient needs and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Perform a range of advanced skin and body treatments using the latest technology to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the doctor to continually monitor, assess and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Establish strong client relationships and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere that promotes customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve clinic operations.
- Drive sales, contribute ideas for business growth, and create and post engaging social media content.
- Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and front of house, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, ideally within a 5* establishment, working with high-profile clientele, delivering discreet and highly professional service.
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
- Deep knowledge of anti-ageing treatments, with a solid ability to combine skincare and device therapies for optimal results.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to provide clear, professional advice to clients.
- A genuine passion for the industry, stays informed on the latest aesthetic trends.
- Skilled at building lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Takes the initiative and works to ensure exceptionally high standards.
Package:
£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
10% commission on all treatments, with the potential to achieve a total annual income of £60,000 to £80,000.
