Portfolio Manager – Systematic Equities – London

My client is a boutique prop trading firm backed by a global systematic fund. I am looking for candidates with a strong track record in trading systematic equities and an active strategy with a Sharpe ratio of 3+.

This role offers a collaborative, merit-based environment with access to top-tier data analytics and high-performance computing. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio, explore new ideas, and scale based on performance.

The compensation package includes a strong base salary, a highly competitive bonus structure, and a PnL share.

Key Requirements:

• A proven, live systematic equities strategy with a Sharpe ratio of 3+ with at least a year’s track record that can be replicated (non-compete periods are acceptable).
• A solid understanding of statistics and a degree in a STEM-related field.
