Delegate Coordinator - Corporate Events Agency

Surrey / Hybrid

£20,000 - £28,000 depending on experience


Great opportunity to join this global agency in a Delegate Registration Coordinator role!


The agency


This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, in a wide range of sectors, to deliver large scale events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, with logistically complex elements they work worldwide in some fantastic destinations.


The role


This is an exciting role where you will be part of the delegate management team within this full service events agency and will support on creating the event registration website for each event. From sending out initial event information to delegates through to managing all delegate queries and communication you will also support in other areas of event technology including app development.


About you


With a Degree or relevant experience in events or registration you will be highly organised, have excellent administration and project management skills and be very tech savvy. Use of Cvent, CrowdComms or Aventri would be highly advantageous as will being confident with large amounts of data on Excel. Training and development will be provided and this role is 3 days a week in the office. Amazing career opportunity!
