Sales Negotiator

Recruit-Central are pleased to have a rare and exciting role with a market leading estate agency, who are renowned for their customer service and getting results based in Stokesley . If you have experience within the Estate Agency industry and looking to develop your career, this position is for you.

Skills/ Experience:

• A confident and friendly people person
• Proven experience within Estate Agency
• Organized and able to manage your time well
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Confident both face-to-face and on the telephone
• To be knowledgeable on the local area

Some of your daily duties will be:

• Arrange and conduct viewings, showing out vendors houses in the best possible light
• Secure offers from applicants and skilfully negotiate with our vendors
• Keep an up to to date CRM system and know who this weeks hot applicants are
• Arrange valuations
• Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
• Manage the progression of the sales
• Adhoc support to the lettings team

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am until 5pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm)
