Day to day you will be expected to fulfil a number of duties which include reconciliation of supplier statements, dealing with queries (both internally and externally via phone and email, general accounting tasks and keeping ledgers clean and tidy. You will also be responsible for managing your own workload and to assist with the wider team where required, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and full filling administration tasks.

  • Great computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised and pro-active.
  • The ability to work well under pressure whilst sticking to tight deadlines.
