Are you an established Talent Acquisition Manager with experience leading TA functions in medium-large organisations?

Do you have a background recruiting professional positions for an evolving organisation?

I am exclusively partnering a Nottingham based organisation to source a Talent Acquisition Manager to support their TA team. This is a confidential role so I am unable to share much information on sector at this stage, but I am specifically looking for people with experience delivering professional roles into businesses.

You will play a key role in developing and coaching a TA team, whilst delivering on your own portfolio of roles. You will partner senior stakeholders and consult with them on current and pipeline opportunities in their teams. This role will take a lead on implementing a true partnering approach across the business, helping move away from a transactional TA support across the business.

Resilience is a key attribute I am looking for in a candidate, to support an evolving business that need someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity.

So, what’s the role?

• Lead a Talent Acquisition team, coaching and developing where needed
• Deliver end to end recruitment support to senior stakeholders across the business
• Challenge and consult with senior stakeholders on candidate availability, timelines and role profiles to better align to market conditions
• Work with the Senior HR team to advise on current and potential challenges across the TA function
• Source and deliver professional roles into a large business structure
• Deliver direct hiring strategies across the team
• Deliver on wider TA projects, designed to make the end to end attraction and recruitment process as seamless as possible
