Qualificati

ons:Experience of working within recruitment for a minimum of 2 years, having run a successful desk billing in excess of £250k per annum. Recruitment experience ideally gained within Facilities management, engineering, energy, industrial, property, trades & labour, commercial or other technical sectors. Able to demonstrate a track record of success within the recruitment agency environment. Lead, managed and motivated a team of recruiters/resourcers. Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines/targets. Experience of recruitment databases and engaging talent via social media. Self Motivated and dri
