Customer Service Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues

- Communicate effectively with customers, over the phone and through email

- Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth flow of business

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities

Experience:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Basic excel and computer knowledge

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

- Phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers

- Ability to work well in a team environment
