Service Desk Engineer Salary: £35K - £40K Location: Remote What you will be doing A Technology Services Partner, who is servicing the financial sector and regulated businesses is currently seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join the team. This company is ISO27001 certified and a Microsoft Gold Partner. You will be providing technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Required Skills Expert at Microsoft 365. Either AZ-104 or MS-102 qualifications. Previous experience in an IT Solution Provider or MSP environment. Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex environments. A positive attitude to issue resolution and ownership. Excellent client service skills. 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Experience supporting, and working with, the following Azure components: Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office 365 & applications, Autopilot, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access, Multi Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, Azure Information Protection, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Networking & Firewalls, Azure Storage, PowerShell scripting and Azure Virtual Desktop.
