Job Title: Estimator
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 + package (dependent on experience)

Overview:
4Site Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor, with a turnover exceeding 2 billion annually. This leading contractor is renowned for delivering high-profile projects across sectors such as government, MOD, education, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed cost estimates for large government contracts
• Evaluate tender documents, ensuring compliance
• Engage with project teams and stakeholders to provide accurate costings
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing
• Support procurement processes and negotiations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry
• Knowledge of government, MOD, education, or healthcare projects
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
