We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in managing payroll processes for a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately processing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls
Maintaining payroll records and employee data, including tax and deduction updates
Handling payroll queries from employees and management
Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and company policies
Assisting with payroll reporting and audits
Coordinating with HR for new starters, leavers, and contract changes
Processing employee benefits, pensions, and deductions
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in payroll administration is essential
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., Sage, ADP)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines and handle confidential information
