Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Role: Senior Surveyor or Associate Director – Commercial Valuation

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 plus package and targeted commission structure

Location: Worcestershire/Warwickshire/Cotswolds – Hybrid working

Full and part-time/reduced hours considered

We are working in partnership with a leading general practice consultancy firm who are looking to make a key appointment within their Valuation team. The business has a long standing and loyal client base with an interesting and varying valuation case load.

Person specification:

• MRICS qualified / Registered Valuer – essential
• Experience in secured lending valuation work
• Market facing, good client management skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload

The role

• Carrying out a variety of Valuation and consultancy work on behalf of banks, private investors, debt providers and developers.
• Instructions include commercial loan security reports, valuations for accounting purposes, asset valuations and valuation / appraisal work for residential development schemes and build stock.
• Working with other internal teams to cross sell services, as well as attending networking events to build the firm’s profile
• Mentoring and monitoring Graduates
