Now entering its second decade, Nielsen Racing embarks on an exciting new chapter. With a rich history of worldwide success in LMP3 and LMP2 ProAm, this new era marks a significant investment in our future, bringing fresh talent and bolstering our team's ambitions for long-term growth.

We are also wanting to invest in our people; therefore, we are recruiting for a number of roles across our LMP2 team. We are looking for experienced Tyre Technicians who can work within our team, giving us a competitive advantage and who are able to successfully deliver a race winning performance.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Responsible for handling all aspects of the team’s tyre / rim operations for one of their Oreca LMP2 cars.
• Working with the engineers to manage pressures event tyre strategy.
• Ensure the correct operation of your cars TPMS sensors.
• To assist with the set up and set down of the garage and back of garage area on race events.
• To work together within the tyre department to help and assist where needed for the better of the team.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a motorsport tyre department at high level, either WEC, ELMS, IMSA or Formula E.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Applicants should be based in the UK or Europe with the ability to travel to all required events in 2025.
