• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for M&E projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful cost management and procurement.
• Prepare and review contract documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Engage in negotiation and value engineering to optimize project outcomes.

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry- from any industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
