Public Sector Sales Manager for a Saas Business to spearhead expansion within Local and Central Government. In this pivotal role, you will lead the commercial team and drive business growth through high-quality recurring revenue.

Location - Twice a week in the London Office
The Role:
- Manage a team of Sales Executives, Customer Success and Marketing professionals
- Deliver revenue growth through ownership of the full go-to-market strategy, including value proposition, marketing, sales, and pricing.
- Maintain excellent customer retention through high-quality account management and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customer senior executives.
- Oversee all contract negotiations.
- Report to the Board monthly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling Software to the local or central government
- Experience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.
- Strong understanding of the government and associated public sector landscape, its challenges, and its evolving opportunities.
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Package - Base of up to £120k, up to Double OTE
