Responsibilities:
- General Ledger accounting experience to include month end responsibilities & balance sheet reconciliations
- Identifying underperforming contracts & providing solutions
- Preparation of month-end reports & accurate forecasts
- Manage budgeting process for Operations and help with the identification of actions needed to deliver
- Support Operations Directors in monthly trading process
- Initial investment appraisal with sales and operations
- Debt reporting
- Support the audit process during relevant audit periods
- Training of operational teams in financial concepts & rules
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a management accounting role or a finance role working in a service company
- Experience of managing both the balance sheet and P&L of a business
- Part or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Own a car and a valid UK driving licence
