Miss Sohee has an exciting opportunity for a Haute Couture Client Relations Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of the Middle East to take our clients through an exceptional journey, offering them a personal one-to-one experience. This role is to develop and maintain excellent relationships whilst managing the end-to-end client relationship process.
The role :
In charge of communications with Private clients, attending client appointments, taking notes to ensure all relevant information about their requirements is taken, and following up on any action points, ensuring maximising sales potential at every opportunity.
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator and ability to build solid relationships with clients at Miss Sohee
- Developed client book is a must.
- Able to take measurements and understand fabric and embroidery choice by the client.
- Attention to detail and highly organised to understand specific details and requirements per client.
- Ability to update the atelier and Creative Director with specific changes through a technical software.
- Proven sales ability and evidence of driving sales within Haute Couture
- Adaptable in client's specific needs and style
- Work well in a small team
- Business trips to fittings, appointments and trunk shows with the Creative Director.
- Fluent in English
- Able to attend fittings with clients
Beneficial:
- Extensive experience working in a luxury and couture environment as a Senior Sales
- Good knowledge of Middle East culture is a plus.
- Excellent abilities to use Microsoft Excel & Google docs.
- Other languages besides English are desirable
