We are currently working with a respected specialist children's service that looks after children with learning disabilities to recruit a team leader to join their team.

You will work closely with the deputy manager organising and managing the senior staff team and managing the day to day operations during the shift.

This post is hugely influential on the lives of vulnerable children who are in care and on the development of staff. Team Leaders will have a life changing impact on the quality of their life, safety and their outcomes.

Qualifications and experience required for this role;

• Level 3/4 diploma
• Supervisory experience of a team
• At least two plus years working in residential care
• Experience of working with children with Autism and LD
• Good with IT
• Good communicator

This role is a 40 hour working week and requires you to undertake 2 sleeps. Salary CIRCA 35,000
