Nursing Home Manager

Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across England.

This provider is seeking a Nursing Home Manager for an established and Good rated home in the Liverpool area.

The Nursing Home Manager in the Liverpool will:

• Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
• Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
• Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
• Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.

The Nursing Home Manager in Liverpool will need to have:

• Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
• Ideally hold a nursing qualification, with a valid NMC Pin.
• Effective communication and IT skills.
