We are looking for a Laboratory Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Wimblington on a permanent full-time basis.You will be responsible for the evaluation of cereal, pulse & oilseed samples for the business both for the site and ex farm samples for the farm trading team. Testing and recording of grain samples Operating the weighbridge and sampling equipment to assist the site team as requiredAssisting with the training of temporary staff at harvestAssisting the Assistant lab manager with the training and supervision of harvest temporary staff.Completing and recording relevant tests during the yearComplying with all quality assurance requirements Ensuring testing of intake and dispatch samples of grain is completed Maintaining your working environment to a high standard Completing all relevant procedures and checks in timely mannerExternal training will be provided if applicant doesn’t currently hold a crop inspectors licence, enabling applicant to inspect seed crops in the field, to assist the wider team.About UsFrontier is a successful and growing business.
