About the Role:

This position is with a long-standing Technical M&E service provider based in Sutton, specializing in Commercial Building Maintenance. We are seeking a skilled, self-sufficient Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to cover London, Greater London, and the South of England. Candidates most note there is NO door to door or travel paid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency lighting testing
• Power circuit installation
• Controls and BMS work
• Fault finding and maintenance inspections

Requirements:

• Level 3 electrician
• 18th edition
• 2391 test and inspection
• Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of building services, including mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advantageous to have controls experience

Candidates must pass Home Office Security Vetting (SC) due to some government clients. We're looking for a motivated professional to help drive growth in the commercial market.
