We are currently recruiting for Recruitment Consultants with experience in industries such as Industrial, Driving and Hospitality to join our team.
The role will involve working Monday to Friday from 8:30-17:00, with some flexibility required.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for winning new clients. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. At MAK Jobs your earnings are unlimited. You will also have access to a pool car, career progression opportunities, gym membership, and a company uniform.
The Role:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the your sector (over the telephone and face to face)
- Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Resource, screen, and place qualified candidates
- Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction
- Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards and social media
- Working towards monthly/quarterly revenue targets KPIs and revenue targets
- Updating all internal systems
About you:
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales
- Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
