HMP Eastwood Park is a Women's Closed Category Prison, and is in Falfield, South Gloucestershire. The prison is run by His Majesty's Prison Service.
Your new role
As an Administration officer within the Works department at HMP Eastwood Park, the main duties include but are not limited to:

General clerical tasks

Answering telephone calls

Sending/ receiving email communication

Liaising with suppliers/ clients/ staff and customers

Taking a lead role in the management of the CAFM system, logging/ updating and closing jobs on the system

Raising and receipting of requisitions via the approved system

You will also be required to run various reports from a number of different IT systems / databases.

This role is for maternity cover between 9-12 months. Please note the hours are full-time-Monday to Friday - 8-4.30pm
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of administration experience and be proficient in all Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Work and Excel.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a maintenance team.
Due to the location of the site, you must be able to drive and own a vehicle to get to the site each day, as there isn't any public transport.

This is a temporary long-term opportunity, offering a competitive rate of pay of £15.84 per hour inclusive of holiday.
