We're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer to join a dynamic Web3 team, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the security and reliability of blockchain networks. You will significantly enhance the transparency and granularity of Web3 infrastructure data. This mission is geared towards providing deeper insights into the functionality and trustworthiness of machines operating within the Ethereum network.

Tech: Python, data pipelines, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL, FastAPI/Django, distributed systems

You will join a collaborative, flat-structured team, and will be at the forefront of pioneering greenfield initiatives, crafting solutions from the ground up in the realm of Web3.

Location: London (ideally 1x per week, flex)

Salary: Up to £150,000 GBP, based on experience
