As a Home Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents. Following actually person centred care. (Not just rolling out a template!)
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure a high standard of care.
- Engaging with residents and their families to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Qualifications & Expertise Required:
- Valid Nursing qualification (e.g., RGN, RMN).
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or similar environment.
