The Opportunity:

• Manage the full lifecycle of international property claims, ensuring each case is handled efficiently from notification through to settlement.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and clear communication throughout the claims process.
• Liaise with global markets, insurers, and adjusters to ensure smooth progression of claims and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Handle claims in a range of global territories, with an emphasis on Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market practices, regulatory requirements, and evolving industry trends.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in broking Open Market Property Claims.
• Demonstrated experience handling claims across a variety of international markets.
• Specific experience in handling claims in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the full claims process, from notification to settlement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, markets, and underwriters.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
