Toy Designer – Proud Penguin (Sustainable Toy Brand)

We are Proud Penguin, a sustainable toy brand, and we’re looking for a Toy Designer with a passion for creating realistic animal figurines with a touch of whimsy. The challenge? Striking the balance between realism, character, and that sparkle in the eyes that makes each figure come to life.

We need someone based in or around London (remote, but available), who’s proactive, creative, and fun to work with. You'll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table and help shape unique, poseable figurines. Our briefs are simple—create animals—but how they glow, pose, and captivate is all up to you!
