Recruitment Resourcer

Here at Pharaoh Capital, we are currently on the look-out for a Junior Resourcer / Graduate to join our established Delivery Division.

Responsibilities

> Source & Engage candidates through various channels (Job boards, social media, referrals, Linkedin)

> Screen CV's and conduct initial phone interviews

> Work closely alongside the Senior members of the team to understand client needs

> Maintain accurate and organised candidate records within our ATS

> Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate feedback

The person

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

> Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

> Ability to work both independently and part of a team

> Positive Attitude!

> Prior experience in a recruitment / HR role is a plus, but not essential
