About the role

As our Administrator for our domiciliary care business you will manage administrative systems and processes to help our Registered Manager run services. You will also help with the maintenance and preparation of KPI reports. You ll ensure that the various departments are run efficiently on a daily basis and any unexpected circumstances are resolved swiftly. Please note this role offers a mix of administration and front line care for people we support

Here s some other important things you need to know:

• You ll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by internal or external bodies
• You'll take responsibility to maintain staff files
• MS Office skills needed
• You'll be required to process payroll and HR information
• You'll carry out pre employment checks
• You ll always have the service users wellbeing in mind
