Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and experienced English GCSE teacher to for resit students at an FE College in the Greater Manchester area.

This is a full-time temporary, on going role (36 hours per week paid) with additional responsibilities as outlined below:

Deliver high-quality classes to GCSE English students
Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development
Support students with low ability and low confidence, ensuring an inclusive and encouraging learning environment
Manage administrative tasks efficiently and use technology effectively in the classroom

The suitable candidate will have:
A recognised teaching qualification and experience teaching English to GCSE Level and also, preferably, knowledge of Functional Skills
Strong administrative and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
Proficient with technology and capable of adapting to a busy and dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to support and engage students with varying levels of ability and confidence

A DBS Is also needed for this role, if you do not have a current DBS check Eden Brown can apply on your behalf.
