External Facade Manager

PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced External Fa ade Site Manager in Woking to start immediately on a long term freelance basis. Our client is a major UK main contractor and the position is based on a prestigious school new build project. Applicants should have the following skills and experience:

Job duties:

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations on construction site.
• Specific duties will involve the installation of the external fa ade and cladding on a multi-story school building.
• Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks and address issues promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams and various stakeholders including subcontractors, suppliers and the client to keep the project on track.
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs.

Responsibilities:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
• Must have detailed externals / facades experience
• Must have proven experience as a Site Manager
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
• Up to date DBS
