We are currently working on behalf of a Derby based client that is looking for a Plumber to work across domestic and commercial properties in Derby

Responsibilities of the Plumber includes:

• Providing a reactive plumbing service to properties within Derby
• Carrying out legionella testing
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety
• Working on tenanted and void properties
• Ensuring client satisfasction

Criteria of the Plumber includes:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Water Regulations-WR01
• Energy Efficiency (L8)
• Vented and Unvented Hot Water (G3)
• Legionella-LG01
