Senior Creative Lead / Head of Creative

My client is a B2B agency who lives by the mantra of ‘progressive marketing’. They are looking for a Senior Creative Lead who will be an ambassador and trailblazer for great creative work. You will be the go-to person to inject creativity into campaigns, excite and inspire our clients to step out of their comfort zones, and to realise your ideas through design.

We also want someone who can develop and diversify our creative offering and therefore need someone who can lead and create animation, website UX/UI and brand/brand identity.

ABOUT YOU:

You’re passionate about pushing your creative ideas and designs to create impactful work and high engagement. You have a diverse portfolio demonstrating great design, branding, and creative campaign work, with experience ranging from design for digital, brand, and multi-channel campaigns and conceptualising creative solutions.

You are able to manage and mentor others with clarity and compassion, and can present your ideas and work to clients and new business prospects persuasively and passionately.

MUST HAVE’s

• 3+ years’ agency experience

• Brand and brand identity

• UI and UX design experience

• Animation design experience

• Campaign design experience

• Campaign concept experience
