Solution Architect - Dynamics 365

Xpertise has partnered with another award-winning technology solutions firm that is undergoing a couple of major projects and team builds. We're looking for Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Developer and Team Leads with deep experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.

Key details:

Salary: £90,000-115,000 + good bonus

Location: Leeds or Birmingham or Telford or London (choose a tech hub) + very flexible hybrid working model (remote working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, and Functional Leads to design Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet customer needs, including integration with external systems.
• Guide Dynamics developers and product SMEs, ensuring the solution is delivered according to design specifications.
• Create high-level solution architecture and detailed technical design documentation.
• Manage data integration and migration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, delivering solution demonstrations and advising clients on best-fit solutions.
• Work within onsite/offshore delivery models to ensure efficient project execution.

Required Technical Skills/Knowledge:

• Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) across multiple versions (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365).
• Strong understanding of MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library frameworks.
• Proven experience with data integration, migration, and third-party system integration.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET frameworks, and Power Apps, Power Automate, low code tech stack

There's a lot more to it, and this is just a general brief. Overall, we are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Designer with extensive experience in the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on designing and delivering complex Customer Service solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, ensuring successful integration with third-party systems, and supporting full life cycle implementations on a huge project.
