Please note: this is an office based position 9 - 5.30 Mon - Fri.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a stable team of 14 internal sales representatives and coordinators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide targeted support to enhance team capabilities.
- Tackle escalated customer inquiries, providing advanced problem-solving and decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships between the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Create and analyse reports to review sales performance, and take action to drive improvements.

- Proven experience in customer service or sales, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive them toward achieving business goals.
