A Sneak Peek at Your Day-to-Day:

• Learning: Your first mission is to soak up all the knowledge. Recruitment processes, market trends, client needs we ve got a learning portal and a whole team to help you get there.
• Talking: Recruitment is all about relationships. Expect to spend your days making calls, video chatting, and sometimes meeting face-to-face. You ll quickly become a pro at understanding what people are looking for.
• Sourcing: Find the perfect match. Using our massive database, you ll reach out to potential candidates and connect them with awesome job opportunities that suit their skills.

Ideally we would like to hear from those with a university degree who have worked in customer or client facing role during/after their studies OR those who have started out in recruitment in the last few years and looking for a fresh start.
