SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business based in Leicester. We are looking for an experience Key Account Manager, To manage the assigned key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat purchases and to identify new business development opportunities within existing and new target customers and grow sales and margin value of target products with those customers.
Key duties as the Key Account Manager -
- To establish long term relationships with customers.
- To ensure that annual key account plans are developed with key customers and that internal teams are created as required to manage existing business and/or win new opportunities. To carry out regular training sessions with key customer sales staff
- To identify new business development opportunities within existing customers
- To grow the number of opportunities and value of the pipeline
- To carry out contract review on all tenders and new business involving other departments as necessary
- To ensure that a call plan is established and agreed for each customer paying particular attention to the timing and cost effectiveness of export customer visits. To ensure that target customer contact levels are met.
As the Key Account Manager, you will have
- Excellent communication able to define customer needs and convey company objectives
- Excellent business development skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
In return you will be offered a salary of up to £55,000 with additional bonuses plus a company car.
