Position: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Southwest/ West London

Salary: DOE

Role: Permanent full-time position

Active Personnel are looking for a commercially minded Project Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding contracting client. The candidate will be joining their specialist Residential New Build division which is currently thriving.

As a Projects Quantity Surveyor, you will have worked on projects ranging from £1.5- 8 Million & be responsible for running up to five projects concurrently, with support from the team.

Specifically, the Project Quantity Surveyor will undertake the following duties:

• Measurement and quantification
• Preparation of pricing documents and schedules of works
• Interim payments and cost control
• Procurement of trades and suppliers
• Monthly valuations
• Cash flow forecasting
• Variations and client meetings
• Material take offs
• Collaborative working with all members of the project team
• Design meetings and Value engineering
• Monthly Cost Reports
• Subcontract Final Accounts
