Installation Engineer

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience + overtime
Role: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8-4.30pm
Location: Field Based (Southwest London) accessible to office in Thames Ditton

About us:
Established in 2003, Transgas Services, based in Thames Ditton, Surrey is a growing, family run heating and plumbing company. We provide professional central heating installation, service and repair along with all aspects of general plumbing in southwest London.

We are Worcester Bosch Accredited Partners and have extensive experience in all aspects of the heating & plumbing trade and specialise in fault finding and repairing existing central heating systems/boilers.

We aim to provide the highest standards of service and professionalism with the least amount of inconvenience.

Our customers are a combination of homeowners looking for repairs, maintenance and new installations and landlords/letting agents looking for a reliable, responsive local company to attend to their tenanted properties.

We have a reputation for being a caring company to work for and are now looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join our friendly team. The majority of work will be carried out in privately owned domestic properties.

You will ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision to deliver high quality work to our valued customers.

Installation Engineer - Job Role:

• Installation of boilers and heating systems, including unvented cylinders.
• Installation of heating/water pipes on larger jobs working as part of the team.
• Power flushing systems.
• Bathroom first and second fix when required.
• Maintaining van and van stock.

Do you have:

• CCN1 & CENWAT.
• NVQ Level 3 in Gas.
• Experience of the installation of domestic boilers and heating systems.
• Experience in plumbing.
• Ideally central heating wiring knowledge (although not essential)
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong organisation and problem solving skills.
• Good time management, attention to detail and initiative.
• Full UK Driving License.
