Tell me more about the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be primarily accountable for a new construction/civils desk. This is a 360 role where you'll be given free rein to choose your own geographical patch nationwide.

What will I be doing?

• Recruitment for blue-and white-collar candidates
• Building new and maintaining existing relationships with many blue-chip companies.
• Visiting clients on site
• Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Negotiating salaries and closing deals

What experience do I need?

We're looking for someone who's got a background in either a construction/civils recruitment role within a recruitment agency setting.

• A superb sales ability.
• A hunger for success.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative.
• Able to demonstrate your previous successes in billing.
• Driven by the desire to earn a shed load of cash

What can I earn?

• Basic salary £43k per annum
• Company car/Car allowance £3k -£4k per year.
• Quarterly team bonus incentives/yearly company incentive schemes
• 25 days holiday per annum Plus bank holiday Plus 3 days off at Christmas
