The Candidate

• A Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years of post qualification experience
• Experience in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
• Proficient in meeting deadlines and targets while effectively prioritizing and managing a diverse workload
• Skilled in collaborating within a team environment as well as taking initiative independently
• Possess strong legal expertise and leadership capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Exhibit professional and impactful communication with both individuals and business associates
