Multi-national partners who are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to join their Belfast office.

They're looking for someone to be responsible for the planning, structuring, leading and direction of a divisional programme of work, a programme of interrelated projects or a large project with major sub-projects

You will have financial oversight, including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risk management, ensuring delivery within scope and budget. Additionally, you will lead programme teams, translating business requirements into actionable plans and maintaining a strong focus on delivering business benefits.

• We are looking for someone with a proven track record in programme management, particularly with infrastructure and cloud projects.
• PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• You should have a strong understanding of IT, including desktop, hardware, LAN/WAN, and familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial, as well as the ability to build a cohesive project community.
• You should also possess in-depth knowledge of MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
• Candidates must be able to gain SC clearance.

This is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2025, ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
