Sheltered Housing Officer

BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced Sheltered Housing Officer to be based at a retirement complex in Camberley.

This is a permanent and Part time role, 17.5 hours between 3 and 5 days flexible

£17 Per Hour

The role will involve;

• Supporting residents with changes to their tenancies
• Proactively engage with residents to address rent and service charge arrears
• To empathetically respond to tenancy breaches including anti-social behaviour
• To report and raise repairs
• To assist with lettings and allocations
