We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing organisation.


The Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of project management principles, coupled with a strong business development acumen. With a focus on driving projects from inception to completion, this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and industry expertise.


Working Arrangements:

This role involves working from home with regular travel in London and Europe.


Your Responsibilities:


Client Servicing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service delivery.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Regular travel to client locations to lead business discussions and identify opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new projects and contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services and capabilities.


Project Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and key deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards in pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare projects.


Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare Expertise:

  • Leverage a strong background in pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare to provide strategic insights and guidance on projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance and success.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to address specific challenges or requirements unique to the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery processes to enhance value for clients and stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in pharmacy (B. Pharma) / Business Management, Business Development.
  • Additional qualifications in Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, client servicing, and business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to travel to client locations regularly in London and Europe.
